how it works

a question arrives each morning. just one — there is no way to get more, and no penalty for missing a day. if you don't open the app, the question simply waits.

you answer, hmm listens. sometimes it asks one gentle follow-up. then your answer is kept, and hmm tells you what it changed.

a portrait takes shape. at day 8 it comes into first light. by day 30, you receive a reading — patterns, dimensions, and the kind of asker you turned out to be.

the beta

hmm is in early testing on iOS. spots are limited while the portrait engine learns its craft.
